
Sinotruk Showcases Brand Strength and Innovation at the 2026 F1 Chinese Grand Prix
From 13–15 March 2026, the F1 Chinese Grand Prix was held at the Shanghai International Circuit, attracting worldwide attention to one of the most prestigious events in international motorsport. As an official supporter of the event, Sinotruk participated under its brand philosophy “Strength to Carry. Speed to Lead!”, showcasing the strength and innovation of Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturing on a global stage.





During the event, SITRAK trucks appeared on the circuit as part of the special track tour, drawing the attention of audiences from around the world. Against the backdrop of the internationally recognised racing venue, the powerful presence of SITRAK highlighted the brand’s advanced engineering and distinctive design, presenting Chinese high-end heavy-duty trucks to a global audience and reinforcing Sinotruk’s growing international influence.









Taking the opportunity of the event, Sinotruk hosted an exclusive VIP lounge reception, welcoming invited partners and key customers from international transport and logistics markets. The gathering provided a platform for dialogue and exchange while allowing guests to experience Sinotruk’s brand presence and global vision in the unique atmosphere of a world-class motorsport event.









Among the invited guests were several representatives from Australia’s transport sector. The delegation included Tony Emmanuel from Northeast Auto Group, Sinotruk’s dealer partner in South Australia; Joe Catania, Chairman of Direct Freight, one of Australia’s leading logistics companies operating a fleet of approximately 3,500 trucks and employing around 1,500 staff, together with Jason Elliot, Fleet General Manager of Direct Freight.
Also invited were Rick, Chairman of BTR, a municipal engineering company operating more than 50 trucks and coordinating over 80 subcontractors, and Joe Emmanuel, Executive Director of Big Chief Hire, a truck and equipment rental company. Representing Queensland’s interstate freight sector were Mark Tobbin, Chairman of Followmont Transport, and Ross Longmire, Chief Executive Officer of Followmont Transport, whose company ranks among the leading transport operators in the state. Guests gained a closer understanding of Sinotruk’s product strength, global development strategy, and long-term commitment to international markets, while strengthening connections with the brand through the event experience.
